if there’s one thing I do it’s put everything into a framework and context which if that isn’t peak projector behavior, I don’t know what is - but yeah, here we are with another name change because if there’s a context for my work it’s that girls need church too - in the sense like alain de botton wrote religion for atheists - girl church is an assertion that there’s a lot of value in a church system -

• community

• ritual

• meaning

and having a place to discuss and share and disseminate on the big things in life is what matters to me

introducing GIRL CHURCH - a name I hope that sticks around, but I can’t make any promises! ¹

I could have never imagined that human design would lead me back to my faith as energy work framework, but here we are.

girl church has one mission and that’s living as yourself - encouraging you to reunite with your body and live according to your own values

In the course I am developing, the point of the work is to develop presence and self-trust. if we’re fearful of the past repeating itself, presence is the anti-dote - when we are present, the past isn’t erased, but the weight of it lifts

to align and live authentically, to live a faithFULL live - we must forgive ourselves!

forgiveness allows us to moving through our shame and not keep us beholden to our past.

to become present works directionally in two ways in fast - it loosens the grip of the past and the fear of the future

to set off on your own path is a sacred journey and can feel painful and personal because it is often rejecting what we know in search of seeking what we feel (faith)

if I align with my desire - what would that mean about me as a woman? am I going to be unsafe if I succeed? will I be seen as a threat? instead of letting ourselves be out there getting it - we are taught to put ourselves in boxes; to chase fitting in and acceptance (effects of patriarchy, yay!) trying to create external safety instead of realizing that true safety can only come from within
